My objective is for you to see life through my perspective,
Take a day and walk in my shoes,
Live like me and do what I do,
Then you’ll see why I act the way I do,
Why I am what I am,
Why I’m sometimes down and have the blues,
Why I love but cannot choose,
Why I can’t sleep because I’m thinking of you,
Try to compare me to others but you can’t

Try to judge me but my jury is up above,
